1. What Aplikomat Is

Aplikomat is an AI-assisted job application tool. It helps you manage CV profiles, search for job listings across multiple platforms, analyse how well your profile matches a job, generate cover letters, and download tailored CVs as PDF files. Some features use third-party AI APIs (Groq, Google Gemini, Mistral) to process the content you provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Aplikomat. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to submit any CV data, documents, or LinkedIn profile URLs you upload.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account or allow others to use it on your behalf except through the explicit Delegate Access feature, which is governed by its own in-app consent flow. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use Aplikomat only for lawful, personal job-seeking purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or another person's CV or personal data without their consent.
• Use the service to generate content that misrepresents your qualifications to an employer.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate requests beyond what the application interface provides.
• Circumvent usage quotas or tier limits through technical means.
• Use the service for bulk commercial recruitment activities.

5. AI-Generated Content

Aplikomat uses large language models to generate cover letters, match scores, job summaries, and profile recommendations. AI output is provided as a starting point — it may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific role. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content before submitting it to an employer.

6. Third-Party Job Data

Job listings displayed in Aplikomat are sourced from third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Pracuj.pl, NoFluffJobs, and others). Aplikomat does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of those listings. Applying to a job through or outside Aplikomat creates a relationship between you and the employer, not with us.

7. Delegate Access

If you grant another Aplikomat user ("delegate") access to act on your behalf, you remain fully responsible for any applications submitted through your account. Delegates must not misuse the access granted to them. You can revoke delegate access at any time from your account settings.

8. Usage Limits

Each account tier (Free, Tier 2, Tier 3) carries daily usage quotas for actions such as job searches, matching runs, CV extractions, and cover letter generation. Quotas reset daily. We reserve the right to adjust limits with reasonable notice.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of Aplikomat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and process your personal data in compliance with GDPR. CV data you upload is processed solely to provide the features you request and is not sold to third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

The Aplikomat platform, its design, and underlying code are the property of the service operator. You retain ownership of the CV content and documents you upload. By using the service, you grant Aplikomat a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of delivering the features you use.

11. Service Availability

We aim to keep Aplikomat available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aplikomat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made by employers based on AI-generated content, missed job opportunities, inaccurate match scores, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or remain inactive for an extended period, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the effective date above will change and we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users. Continued use of Aplikomat after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
